Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Chula Vista

I attempted to use mobile app to take advantage of app specific FREE offer, but this location was not accepting mobile orders at the time. It was still the most convenient location for me so I went inside to order. I asked about the mobile ordering inside & was advised there was unknown issue, but someone was coming to fix Monday. I went ahead & ordered. 3 hamburgers & 1 fry. I waited nearly 10 minutes for my order & saw the employee bag up my fries in anticipation of the burgers to follow about 2 minutes after ordering. I continued waiting & watching while my fries just sat there. Finally after about 10 minutes the burgers were ready. She bagged them up & grabbed the 10 minute previously bagged fries & announced my food was ready. As I approached I immediately requested some hot fries to go along with the burgers since they had been waiting almost the entire time I had. She immediately obliged & walked around corner to fryer, but out of sight. For all I know I ended up with same order fluffed up with hot ones added to top, but at least they felt warm & I was done waiting on the slow service. This happened December 5, 2024 at 2:40 am . Veronica was extremely rude and aggressive (might not be her real name but she was the only worker there supposedly and that's the name she provided). She was hostile and threatening, after i waited at the intercom for 10 minutes she did not come to the window until I honked. She then immediately proceeded to say "I was in the bathroom, can I not go to the bathroom?" Her tone was unnecessarily aggressive. I then ask what her name was and that's when she yells "Veronica why?! We only accept cash okay BYE." . Those were the only words exchanged and Based on that let me know this person was not someone who should be trusted alone with my food, let alone trusted alone with the store. As someone who's worked in food service for many years pulling 12+ hour shifts until 4 am, this behavior is absolutely unacceptable & unnecessary. I, myself had just got off a 10 hour shift. I did not get food here and enjoyed food elsewhere. Do not go to this location unless you want to deal with unprofessional employees who are ungrateful for having a job. Alexandria completely ignored me and my four kids there was no other customers in the restaurant we were the only ones there and she acted as if she was super busy with drive-through orders and asked us to wait so I did I went to go seat my kids as I was coming back she helped another couple they had just walked in dropped what she was doing and hope that white couple completely discriminated me in front of everyone I was there first I have more kids and you just decided to pass me so disrespectful passive-aggressive attitude I'm very bad hygiene and on top of that she was so distracted on me she got my whole entire order wrong she told me to 10 chicken nuggets when I had just ordered the value menu once she tried to get me to act out a scene but I just took the food I'm tired of this they need to pay attention and not cause issues with their customers especially if they have more children the restaurant was filthy trash cans filled to the top end restaurant property was left out the trash bags so I took them because I had enough of their attitude and I have the bags in case you need...
