Bento & Noodles Terra Nova — Restaurant in Chula Vista

Really bad customer service. I had not been to this sushi restaurant in a couple of years. I was unsure of which baked roll was the one I used to order so I asked the waiter he brought me the menu with pictures and I pointed to what seamed to be the roll I wanted. Once I received my "roll" it was only a topping imitation crab, some tiny pieces of scallop and some crunchy toppings with sauces. I asked the waiter were is the roll I only got the topping. He said oh yea what you ordered was not a roll. Ultimately there was no apology or anyway of trying to make it right. I waited 30 minutes because my "roll" was baked to only be disappointed. I understand there are mistakes and misunderstandings but the fact that the restaurant couldn't even give an apology or at least try to get the correct roll out to me is by far so unprofessional. I would of payed for both rolls as long as I got want I ordered...

Very Upset!!! I called at 5:30 pm To Ask If They Were Opened, Cashier Answered Said Yes We Close At 8:00pm. NOT ONCE!! Did She Said We Needed To Arrive Before 7:15pm Because The Kitchen Closes At 7:30pm. She Said We Couldn’t Order To Eat There It Had To Be To Go Home. According To Her Kitchen Was Closing. We Dove 11/2 hour from Poway with my granddaughter who had Just Graduated. And As We All Know It Was Not A Regular Graduation So She Was Already Upset!!She Loves Sushi And We Were Trying To Cheer Her Up And You Guys Made It Worse... We Googled Sushi Near Me And At CHULA Vista Mall We Found Unisushi !!! They Were Open Till 11:00pm... YES!!! Great Service The Most!! Delicious Sushi And Food Ever!!! My Grandaughter Was Very Happy And Now Is Our New Spot. China China Take Notes.And Everyone Reading This Try It...

I really wanted to like this place but after they made my child feel bad by telling her she was too big to be 12 and get a kids meal and then call the manager over to say we were lying as well. After all I did was ask about the sign on the door. Since we just came from Children s hospital I had a doctors note with her date of birth but I was over it and we ordered bento boxes, gyoza, and jalapeno poppers.

Food was not as good as you would of hoped. Teriyaki chicken sauce was slimy, California roll on the bento box tasted old, gyoza looked freezer burnt, and the salad was drenched in a miracle whip type dressing. Miso soup was good and Jalapeno poppers were unique but good.

Would of gave 2.5 stars but the really bad service and filthy carpet make made it a well rounded...
