DECEMBER 2021-2023 My niece chose this venue for her birthday party in 2021 and again in 2023 (lots of low-key visits in between). It is FUN! Should you choose to pay for a party room, the kind staff will help with decorations, etc. Other options to spend a little less are just to come and sit at the free tables and use the concession stands or a combo of the two. The real attraction here is the SAFE and FUN ways to get kids active and to help push their physical and mental limits. The price is reflective of this. I'm sure it costs a lot of money to design and to insure urban games for kids that are also SAFE. PRO TIP: The zip-line seems to be the scariest hurdle for most kids. They don't see adults doing this. Instead of forcing children to do it, I demonstrated the safety of it myself, repeatedly. I checked the straps and they can hold 250lbs easily. I was happy to play the fool, raise a few eyebrows from other parents. OH, AND I HAD FUN! My niece was apprehensive at first, but instead of forcing her, I showed her. Now it's one of her favorite areas to play in. If you're fit and able, just go up there and show the kids it's SAFE and FUN.

Had a birthday party, everything goes fine how Urban Air in myself collaborated on the decorations for the room, the timeliness of drinks and food could have been a little better we were sitting there eating are icees I'm still waiting on food to arrive the girls had drunk half of their ice he's already you want to go back out on the floor to do more activities. My daughter (birthday girl) felt like the attention was not on her for a second, but was on basketball on the TV. Until I made an announcement to turn off the tv and all eyes on the (Birthday Girl). It was a good price to spend over $200+ on a party.....it was noisy somewhat crowded, activities lines were not that long of a wait. I would say overall 7/10 stars.

I hosted my daughter's birthday party here. The theme was Bengals and Urban Air decorated BEAUTIFULLY!! They provided cups, plates, napkins and tablecloths that matched the color theme. They even had Cincinnati Bengals napkins! The host was great and attentive. I would recommend a private room if possible, it provided a TV which was great to watch Saturday football as well as entertainment for the kids while eating, you can play music as well. The play area was so much fun for the kids and is much more than just a trampoline park. There's laser tag and a zip line. I would highly recommend hosting parties here or just dropping in for an afternoon of fun!!

I like to look at negative reviews first to give my honest opinion with these in mind:

I am giving three stars as the place is amazing and has great potential to become better, if the environment and awesome lighting were not there, this would definitely deserve a 1 star due to lack of professionalism.

My complaints:

1.- The staff does NOT look happy to be there. I noticed the employee in the motorized wheelchair whispering to the worker in the wall climbing on 05/06/24 at 12pm. When I brought my boy down to the wall climbing, they started giggling and the one on the climbing walls looked at her and said "I hate you" and barely even talked to my son or me, and realized they were probably making jokes. I'm sorry, but I have always showed manners to my son. He would say please and thank you to her and she would not answer. I said thank you twice after and she never responded to me. LACK of COSTUMER SERVICE.

2.- My son got on the attraction where you are harnessed and have to go through a couple of obstacles. He got scared and cried, a VERY VERY nice guy working in the food area, came and told me "don't worry, I alerted the guy up there to come help him". I did not even have to go get someone to help me. The guy "helping" my son, just walked close to him and kept talking which I believed he had an Airpod in. He may have been about 7ft. away from my son just standing there. Once again, my son said thank you as I could hear it with the loud music and the guy never responded. I said thank you and I don't think he could even hear me with his headphones in.

Kudos to the very nice and polite front desk staff, the girl working the food station and the nice man who came to talk to me about my son; they really need to be recognized, you all should be out on the floor and have the other people in the back.

I work in a very very busy environment where I have adults and children. I would NOT let my staff have headphones as one kid may get hurt. And also, happier staff.... this is a kids' trampoline park, it should be fun for the kids and the parents to be stress free. After these situations, I did not want to keep my son out of sight at all as I did not trust all the staff.

Please feel free to reach out if...

Took my son there today (Sunday) for his 10th birthday. We were a group of 9. Had an issue with a child hitting my son, security involved and everything, and they wouldn't do a single thing. The place was so disorganized. Workers weren't posted in areas to keep an eye on things in different sections. And ALL of the employees except for the ones doing harnesses, just sat on their phones (added a picture of it) or were hanging out talking. There were too many kids on the single trampolines, kids were just jumping infront of the others, making them fall. On the warrior course, kids were going in the exit and across each difficulty area. You just couldn't use the areas. It was complete chaos. Like the the battle beams 10 kids were just jumping around in the foam below so you couldn't get on it to battle. They were holding the beam bags, not giving them back, and throwing foam everywhere. This is where I took the picture of the employees sitting on their phones. IT WAS A MADHOUSE! I went once before last year and had a great time. It's extremely different. They need to hire people that will do their jobs. Not sit on their phones and collect a free paycheck. It's so unsafe. Especially if you have smaller children. Those bigger kids will bulldoze right over them and no one will say a thing. And the dodgeball area is dangerous. Kids gang up and bully other kids and try to smack them in the face with balls, kids are vicious and there was no control. Why aren't employees saying or doing anything? Making kids follow the rules?? Oh I know...they weren't watching and didn't care. I don't know where the hell all the parents were. I thought you weren't supposed to just just drop your little kids off and let them run free like wild animals. It was a horrible day. My sons...

I was disappointed. I paid for 2 ultimate tickets and 1 adult ultimate ticket. We were expecting to ride go carts but apparently this location does not have them although I could've sworn I saw it advertised online that they did, so did the other parent whose child I brought.. Then, 2 of the 4 ultimate rides were not even open and of course they were the attractions we were looking forward to the most. So we ultimately paid extra for 2 of the least fun ultimate attractions. It was obviously unnecessary to pay extra, since people who did not have on the ultimate wrist bands were constantly playing on those ultimate attractions. Not once did any of those kids get asked to play somewhere else, it seemed like a common practice among employees that anyone can participate in any attraction, regardless of what their bracelet says. The food options were plentiful until we learned that they don't have hot dogs, waffle fries ,macaroni and cheese & a few other of the more appealing items that we originally ordered. I think we settled for some chips and cheese dip and a bag of popcorn. The girl at the counter was rude and took care of the customers standing in line before she finished taking care of my order. I had to remind her what we ordered and what was missing. I asked for ketchup 3 times to no avail so I just settled for the BBQ sauce. Needless to say, I was not impressed. Definitely not worth the $100 for 2 hrs of fun. We were considering a membership but I won't go back again. Its crazy to charge extra for attractions but not have those attractions working for no real...
