I want to know why I ordered 45.00 worth of food, and didn't receive what I ordered. Why I wasn't called if you WERE missing items. Most importantly why the white rice i was given, wasn't made how it is always made. Why on earth did I receive white rice prepared COMPLETELY wrong, considering you guys make the white rice a certain way. NOT my only complaint, I ordered two bowls, and a quesdilla. Both bowls were wrong first off, second off both bowls were made horribly and absolutely wrong, I paid for what I wanted and did NOT receive what I ordered. Both bowls were missing multiple items, and quite frankly I would like to know why one bowl came with carnitas and white rice that is not usually made how it is made. That is NOT a bowl and when I opened my bowl I expected to see what I ordered. I NEVER have complained about my food from anywhere even when missing just a thing or two here and there, but this is absolutely ridiculous, and I paid 45.00 dollars for food that I didn't get. I would absolutely love for the managers and HRs number. I've worked in food and this is absolutely absurd, you are there to do your job and if you can't fulfill orders then you NEED to cancel, refund, and absolutely let the customer know. If I don't receive an answer back to this, I will be calling or going to the store to get the managers number and HRs, this is absolutely ridiculous.
Update: I was given a website from Chipotle to click and told it was ubers problem because that's where I ordered, uber couldn't do anything, because, when someone orders off uber, the restaurant is supposed to tell whoever is picking up to cancel if an order can't be fulfilled properly. So this problem i have, is on the store, not uber. I need an actual response back, either I'm getting a refund, or someone needs to remake the bowls correctly. It is no one's fault but the stores for NOT telling the pickup person from Uber to...
Read moreDecided to try this new chipotle because the location is super convenient. Waited 15 minutes past my pickup time to ask about my order, turns out they put it on the drive thru shelf instead of the inside shelf, okay whatever annoying but I got my food. Noticed the cups weren’t in the bag, so I had to ask for those, started to pull out, looked in the bag realized the chips weren’t in the bag so I had to loop around. Went back inside for the chips to be told they were out of chips, wasn’t offered a solution or any refund (I already paid for the order online), so I said okay I’ll wait for more chips to which the cashier seemed flabbergasted in the first place that I would wait for them and she said it would be 10 more minutes and I asked if I could have my food remade since it had apparently been sitting on the wrong shelf already for 15 minutes getting cold and then plus the time it took me to pull out and loop back around to the store and pull back in and go in and then 10 more minutes for the chips. She walked away to talk to someone and I never got a response about my food, again annoying. Waited around for chips, along with 5-6 other people in the store waiting on their food visually annoyed. Nobody ever made chips, I was tired of my food getting cold and the ice melting in the drinks out in my car, so I left. Get home to open the kids tacos for it to be missing tortillas!!! Thank goodness my husband had ran to the store real quick when I called him about the chips and picked some up. Seriously...
Read moreTHIS IS AN APOLOGY. I'd like to apologize to you, Tyler C, Pam, and annie. Your order arrived (right on time, I'll say) with 200.00 "worth" of other food that we ordered for our lunch meeting. I'd love to tell you that you missed out but I just can't. Sigh. To be honest, you might have been spared by not getting your order. Here's what you can look forward to though- a refund. By getting a refund you're coming out on top for sure. Not only did your food arrive at the wrong location, it was prepared sloppily and with minimal accuracy. That being said, it was packaged very poorly. Our salads looked like a stew, our burritos looked like college dorm leftovers and the wet bags couldn't hold all the goodness in them. One bag split on it's way out of the store. All the effort was put in by the Door Dash delivery guy who sheepishly brought your bag, along with our 4 bags of food, promptly to our door. This guy, Ju, from Doordash is the real hero. I am just a stupid consumer who keeps ordering from Shitpotle expecting something to get better week after week. Hopefully, Tyler C, Pam, and annie, this is your first attempt at the trough-taco and burrito bar and you can learn from my "mexican grill" journey and choose a new...
