MadTree Event Spaces — Attraction in Cincinnati

We got married in the barrel room in May of 2021. It was AMAZING!!

Everyone says our wedding was one of their favorites of all time. And a lot of that is because of Alyssa and the other staff members. Alyssa helped and vouched for us in any way she could. She even went to the bakery herself when they forgot to deliver our cake😂🙏🏼

We had everything in the Barrel Room. It made for a seamless transition from ceremony to reception. Plus a lot of people liked the idea of being able to sit at their table for the ceremony! We used a small stage and backdrop to make the ceremony feel “different” then the reception. That area was used as the dance floor after dinner. It was a great atmosphere altogether.

Chef’s Choice was our catering which is one of their vendors. I have nothing but love for them too. Great company and staff, especially Jenna. We had breakfast for dinner and people LOVED it. It’s a Kroger company, so the prices seemed really reasonable to us compared to other vendors/caters around the tristate. We did the full open bar too! There were plenty of options for mixed drinks and wine, in addition to MadTree beer. It’s a given that people loved that haha!

We did all kinds of extras for our cocktail hour like a photo-booth, pop shot basketball and other games too! They were really reasonably priced and our guests found them fun. It made the time we took to get pictures go by faster for them.

For parking, many of our friends and family had to use the overflow parking across the street. Make sure people budget time for this.

The only plausible downside I can think of, is that there’s nowhere to “get ready” or hide as the bride before the wedding. My husband and I didn’t do a first look, so we didn’t want to see each other before the ceremony. My bridesmaids and I ended up having to hide in the bathroom. At first I felt unsure about this option, but it actually ended up being some of the favorite memories of the night! Patrons of the brewery would go into the bathroom expecting business as usual… but were shocked to find us in there😂 So many people cheered, gave advice and congratulated. It was fun and hilarious!

I would definitely recommend MadTree to anyone looking for a wedding space. And I have before. I’m pretty sure one of my suggestions is getting married there this summer. Brides, Grooms or whoever — look no further! This...

WOW WOW WOW!! 🤩 what an experience it was to host the second day of our Indian wedding at Madtree in the Barrel Room! All of the guests spoke about how beautiful it was, the food was incredible and the ambiance was spectacular! We could have not made this day happen without the help with planning and support from Carrie as our Madtree guide/wedding wiz/awesome person, she is simply the BEST! 10 out of 10 recommend Madtree event space for your next big celebration!

Carrie worked with us for several months to get exactly what we envisioned with our wedding - from the colors, homemade pieces that we wanted to bring in, changing rooms for multiple outfit changes, and setting up a timeframe for the different ceremonies. With our Shadi we had certain religious moves would need to happen with the Pundit, cinematic entrances and she/madtree couldn’t have been more accommodating!

The apps, pizzas, sides, desserts, beer, and champagne were just right for the day to share with our loved ones. We enjoyed doing tastings of different things to solidify the menu early on and couldn’t wait for the day to finally come. We shared our favorite pizza with family - the Sid & Syd pie! The idea to get married at Madtree was a no brainer as lovers of pizza & beer, everything else was a bonus to make our day a fairytale.

The different packages you can choose from are so helpful to get exactly what you wanted and if you need to adjust closer to, they are willing to work with you! We made some tip jars because the open bar was on point but wanted to share the love back to Madtree and the staff!

We appreciate everything that Carrie and Madtree staff did to make it all happen for us on our special day 💛 I have never had to plan something this vast before and you made it so smooth and less stressful. Now we just look back in awe & love at what we did! Thank you!

We had our wedding in the Oakley Room in mid-April. We had such a lovely time. We worked with Carrie as our event coordinator, and she was amazing. She handled everything and made the whole planning process and evening festivities effortless for us. My partner and I wanted our wedding to be relaxed and enjoyable for all involved. Hosting our wedding at Madtree made that possible. Carrie took care of everything, from setting up and tearing down to remembering all the little details we had talked about over the previous months. On the evening of our event, both Carrie and our lovely bartender were a joy to be around. They both seemed to genuinely enjoy helping us and their positive attitudes and great personalities made the night even better.

We came from out of town and had not been to Madtree previously. We ended up being pleasantly surprised by how good the food was! Everyone thought the parmesan chicken wings were to die for. Our appetizers were amazing and with such a huge quantity of them, most people were full by the time we got to our main course. We took home a lot of food after being quite stuffed. The alcohol selection was diverse with multiple beers on tap, multiple flavors of sway, and two types of wine.

We had a blast playing all the games Madtree provided for us. The games brought out the kid in all of us and everyone enjoyed ping pong, pop a shot, and corn hole.
