Madison Diner — Restaurant in Cincinnati

When I tell you that I had the worst customer service experience here, I am not exaggerating. My dad and I were trying to order food at the diner for about 20 minutes and we were not even acknowledged by the staff. We were in the middle of a game too, so we were switching off between who waited in line to order for the food. There wasn't even a line! We were the only two standing in line. One guy looked at us and asked if we were ordering about ten minutes in and we said yes we need to order. He said okay then literally walked out of the diner. The other girl in there didn't even say anything to us. Our whole group went through our lineup 5 times before the lady said that she's closing the diner. Absolutely horrible customer service to not be acknowledged at all by the staff there when we were the only customers trying to order. I wish I could rate this 0 stars. Get better staff and train them on how to deliver quality...

Been here twice this week as I just found out about the place for a birthday dinner with friends and I have to say I'm going to miss it already. The triple cheeseburger is fantastic, the eggs and bacon are cooked just right, home fries got that nice mix of crispy but not dry, and the pancakes are absolutely perfect with a flaky crust that has just enough crunch to not get soggy when it absorbs the butter and syrup while remaining fluffy on the inside. Staff and other patrons are a pleasure to be around and engage in conversation. Many thanks for a birthday well spent. I hope to try the Eusa Burger before y'all close up shop this weekend.

Never been here before? You need to check it out. The Misleh's (yes the entire family) run this place and they make some great food! Larry is the brains behind the show but it's the rest of the family and staff that make this place a nice gem in this part of town. Marcella's mud beans are delicious and filling. And if you're there for breakfast make sure to ask for a loaded omelette, but don't try to pull the breakfast thing at lunch. It's not happening! The burgers are very good but I'm not sure how many people can handle the Easa... Go...
