Ray had my expensive watch for months promising to contact me when finished. Well, that never happened. As stated in other reviews he will not answer his phone or emails. He does not show up to work untill after 1200pm. After having my watch from October until January, now the watch does not run at all. Do not do business with this man. Dropped off my great grandfathers wrist watch from his service in WW2 to have an estimate done on what it would cost to repair. Didnt get a call for almost 2 weeks, then when I finally got ahold of ray and decided it was to expensive to fix, it took another 2 weeks for him to put it back together with no calls again to say it was done.
