Buyer Beware... I purchased a Brighton bangle bracelet for my mother's 75th birthday on May 27th from this shop which is listed on Brighton's website as an authorized dealer (whom I have also contacted to report this incident). The bracelet was too small for her wrist so I attempted to return it today, tag still on, receipt in hand. A lady (who I assume was the owner based on the way she was acting) refused a refund. She stated that in 25 years she has never issued a refund and she did not even have the paperwork to process one! I could not believe that a business today, with a customer's proper receipt and the resell-able brand new merchandise would not process a refund. She did state that the receipt notes "store credit only" (which one sees after the transaction is complete), but in today's world most customers do not read their receipts. For mere $34 item that could have easily been refunded and returned to display to sell, I feel this is an extremely a poor judgment call...
