If you actually care about quality: DO NOT GO HERE. The guy working there said they could give me a new iPhone 11 screen. They charged $140 for a faulty screen. They are using cheap, $20 screens and it took him about 10 minutes to "fix." The screen was messed up. The phone said it wasn't legit. I have had screens repaired before, and I have never received this message on my phone. The colors looked off. The battery drained quicker than before. I went and asked for a refund, but he wouldn't give it to me, and said that it was probably just a bad screen. He put on another screen from the same company, and my phone malfunctioned about 10 times--screen went purple and shut off. There were times the screen went blank or was covered with gray lines, then shut off and restarted. Yesterday, the phone shut off entirely and now won't restart. The person who is working here likely didn't remove the battery while "fixing" the phone and messed up the logic board on my phone. There are other people around town who will fix your phone for the same price or cheaper and will actually make it work. These people want to use the cheapest products on the market and make the problem yours, not theirs, even after charging a ridiculous rate for such cheap products. Again: DO NOT GO HERE. Even if you do end up needing to spend a bit more to get your screen fixed, you will save yourself the headache of dealing with...

They changed out my cracked screen for a little less than apple would, without telling me that my “home” button would no longer work. This is a known issue with 3rd party screens, which they claimed they did not use. They called themselves an apple retailer over the phone. And they knew about the problem themselves because, while they pretended they didn’t, they took the liberty of turning on the setting that allowed the phone to function with the broken home button. They also charged my card $20 for a $15 pack of cigarettes

I now have to go to the iPhone store and pay to have it properly fixed, as this place does not offerer refunds

Customer service was great but I was not satisfied with my screen replacement because they claimed screen was smaller than my phone size and if he would've notice that before placing the screen I would be able to returned it back to Amazon where I bought it from ,now I lost my 60 dollars for the screen I bought and my 50 dollars that I payed them ,it was a guy next to him while he was fixing my device that I new something wasn't right ,I wish I could upload a photo to show how the screen looks like it will fall off at any moment,he claimed he didn't replace that screen I brought to him but he didn't replace it I don't understand why the phone now looks like that battery is inflated or something wasn't done right .very unsatisfied...
