Melissa Nails — Local services in City of Albany

Went in for ANC overlay on my natural nails. No wait at all which was one of the only positive parts of the experience. When the lady went to soak my nails to remove the ANC I had on already she allowed my first hand to “soak” for maybe a minute. She proceeded to pry the anc off of my nails with her nail and a fake tip she found sitting next you her. Very uncomfortable and borderline painful. She was moving quickly but I didn’t mind because she was doing well and my nails were looking good. Then when it came time to let the nails dry a little after she put on the top coat she rushed and messed up my pinkie nail by rubbing it with her entire finger tip. After she attempted to fix it, creating a large bump that she then tried to file down. I asked her to fix it more and she filed it more and then put oil on the spot, shut her light off and stood up. All of the nails top coats are bumpy and uneven because she rushed. All together not a terrible experience but the rushing was...

Tan is a nail GOD!!! Young and sexy , fun to chat with while doing nails.. His skills are amazing.. Took me a long time to find someone that was good and i trusted. he is the only one i will allow free range to do anything he wants to.. Now he does all my friends nails too..

I tried a few ppl before, Patricia i didn't have the best experience with,was on phone (took 4 hrs on my nails and feet ) and my nail edges had acrylic all over the skin.. I went back next day and Melissa took care of it asap. She seemed very concerned i was back and fixed all at no charge.. I did tip tan for fixing them perfectly and used him ever since..

If I can give this 0 stars I would. First of all, I went in there with a specific picture and design I wanted done for my nails. If they would have told me from the jump that they couldn’t do it then I would’ve taken my business elsewhere. But no, they didn’t they insisted on doing them anyways so while I’m in the middle of getting my nails done they take my card and charge my card for what I was getting done. She tells me $55 but charged me $65. My nails look horrible and they look nothing like the picture I showed. So they took my money and wouldn’t even give me a refund or do them over. I’m so upset because I get my nails done all the time and my nails are always nice this is so embarrassing I don’t even want to go outside. I will be filing a report on...
