Marshalls — Local services in City of Auburn

Ok my thoughts on this store as someone who has been shopping here since day 1. First and foremost, I'm going to mention the good. The staff is very friendly, everyone is approachable, kind, willing to help. Can't say enough about them. Lately though, they seemed stressed a tad. I notice that there are usually clusters of people out on the floor in the morning stocking merchandise. But the store is a mess and I can tell from watching them that they are frustrated with the mess they have to deal with. As a customer, I find it's been harder to shop, especially in beauty and in the kitchen aisle. And with the clothing area it is starting to look like a second hand store, they used to have some beautiful displays of clothing, and now it's just the long racks that you have to look through. I feel like there are changes and to me as a customer they don't seem like they are for the better. Sometimes you don't have to fix...

Good store if you're a teenage girl, everyone else you're out of luck. I brought my newborn and 7 yr old kids with me, shopping. The shopping carts do not allow you to fit an infant carseat in them at all. They have a seat area but the entire cart is smaller than the carseat itself. I found this very frustrating. I had to carry my 8 week old baby in his seat through the entire store while my 7 yr old pushed the cart. If she wasn't with me that day I wouldn't have been able to shop. No way could I have Carried a carseat and push a cart. Very inconvenient. We did find a couple of the things for my 7 yr old but nothing for myself or my baby boy as the choices were extremely limited. Like one rack of baby clothes limited, same with little girls. This place has gone down hill as far as men's clothing goes. Use to be a wide variety and a fair amount of great clothes and prices. Yes we all know prices go up bla bla. But wasn't expecting the clothing area be knocked down to about nothing no good selections what so ever and woman clothing mixed in. There is maybe 3 or 4 racks of men's clothing and 1 rack for shoes/boots combined. No good selection what so ever. Now for the ladies there is probably 20 racks of clothing like 4 of coats/purses and a wide variety of shoe wear to pick from so with that being said, male don't even bother you have a better chance of finding something at a competitor store and not pay some crazy prices for same clothing.
