I will preface this by saying — yes, the donuts are solid. That’s literally the only nice thing I can possibly say. Beyond that, this was hands-down the most miserable customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life.

From the second I walked in, the staff acted like my mere presence was ruining their day. No greeting, no smile, not even basic acknowledgment — just icy stares like I had personally inconvenienced them by daring to walk through the door. When I politely asked which donuts were the most popular (you know, a normal customer question), the woman behind the counter literally rolled her eyes at me. Rolled. Her. Eyes. As if I had just asked her to solve a math equation instead of spend money in their store.

Her answer was delivered in the most dismissive, flat tone possible, dripping with condescension, like I was stupid for not already knowing.

The entire vibe was hostile and unprofessional to the point of absurdity. Not a single “thank you,” not a single effort to make the experience even remotely pleasant.

I genuinely don’t care how good the donuts are — no food is worth being treated like an inconvenience. If you value basic human decency, spend your money...

Yesterday 9/20 I placed a order for 3 taillights and told the lady I'd be in today 9/21 to pick them up along with other donuts. Since I knew I was getting donuts for my family I asked my dad and husband if they wanted any for work. When I got there I told them I wanted 2 dozen donuts and started with the boxes that had to go to different places. Once I got to my order and asked for the taillights another lady behind the counter said oh they didn't make those. I was furious, I placed an order looking forward to those donuts and they didn't make them. If I didn't already tell my kids and ask my husband what kinds they wanted for work I would have left with no donuts. The lady offered no explanation as to why they didn't make them and didn't even apologize. The nice older woman said when you want them place the order through me and I will make sure they make them for you. That was sweet of her but doesn't satisfy my craving...

Cameron's not only offers really, really tasty baked goods for ordinary occasions, but they also bake cakes for special occasions. The woman who helped my wife and I select a wedding cake showed professionalism, courtesy, and even helped with the delivery of the flowers. The specialty cupcakes which my wife really enjoys, canoli-filled, came out delicious, fresh, and artistically decorated. She topped the cake with flowers very artistically. Best of all, true flexibility was shown with changing the order to reflect the needs of a wedding given during the Covid-19 lock-down. Excellent service in difficult times. Please keep this local business afloat. The local groceries are now charging high prices for mediocre baked-goods: you may as well buy better bagels, donuts, and cakes here and help support a...
