Apparently if you want an appointment you have to call them. Walking in the door to make an appointment and being ignored for 20 minutes!! not a hello, not a how can I help you? not you need to schedule an appointment ,not one word spoken to me. It was a Saturday morning I watched three people get their hair done waiting to speak to someone not wanting to be rude I waited . The girl finished her haircut and swept the entire floor not just where she had cut the person's hair and yet I was still ignored. So as a first time customer I will not return. It's a shame too so close to home. Was it my lack of appointment? that got me ignored. Maybe it was my wardrobe choice that day of a black zip-up hoodie and black sweatpants because I was going to be working outside? Because I was looking to schedule an appointment. Definitely not an excuse that they were too busy and didn't notice me. Because somebody else they knew walked in and they jumped to her and went and made her a coffee and made her feel welcome.
