Bought a "brand new" Swift Cigarette Machine. Showed my husband the machine as the girl opened the box which was not in plastic but tobacco crumbs in the box. Got home...would not make a cigarette!!! Paid $24.99 plus tax and it was broken!!! They dont give refunds on broken merchandise and aparently been used by someone in the store that broke it. So freaking angry, tried calling at 11:30 am and no one would answer the phone, it rang forever!! No more business with this joke of a store. My business will go elsewhere. When a store doesnt stand behind merchandise they sell says it all....out to make a buck and SCREW the customer!! You should be ashamed...

A friend Purchased a disposable vape from this place, and it was covered in juice inside of the package. Brought it back inside to ask for an exchange, was told “that’s just how some of them are packaged” and that I should wipe it off and deal with it. This place has been here for many years & despite changing ownership they still provide a clean, fairly well stocked store with a large variety of products. Their selection is pretty inclusive, although I’ve encountered a counterfeit item or two The staff that I’ve met at this location are really nice...
