T-Mobile — Local services in City of Glen Cove

The store was nice enough, usual set up, and Ivan worked hard to help me try solve the issue I came in for. Unfortunately T-Mobile themselves made an error that Ivan could only flag but couldn’t fix himself, so kudos to Ivan for his hard effort, but I have to call T-Mobile customer care to fix the issue of my phone insurance suddenly being dropped without my authorization, just as I needed a new screen protector. I’ve paid $18 a month for the last 16 months without needing any insurance services and suddenly my insurance is dropped two months before I need a replacement screen protector. The $288 I’ve spend for this insurance is gone with the wind and my screen protector is totally cracked. Don’t take the protection service, I could have bought a box of screen protectors...

Yesterday my family was helped by Emerson and his manager Kim and their service was exceptional enough I needed to write a review about it. Previously I did not have such a great experience in this facility but they changed my complete outlook on it. They were informative and very knowledgeable, caring, very kind, and helpful. They were professional and intimate and gave us close attention to the choices we were offered and decided to make. They were very sweet to my 19 month old which warms my heart dearly. So I used to go here when it was the Sprint store and it would often take hours and sometimes I would get sent to another store if they didn’t have what I needed. Always something. But now T-Mobile bought out Sprint and the store switched over...and oh my god! I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. Everything was quick and painless. I upgraded from iPhone X to the 12 and it literally only took an hour and then they SAVED me money. That Jose man, he’s wonderful, attentive, and knowledgeable. Come to this T-Mobile! No long lines and friendly staff. I felt safe with social distancing and they wiped down the phones before you touched them. 13/10...
