Food is amazing but the customer service it horrible. There was a mess up over the phone, I had ordered fried chicken wings the thought I order half chicken. When I got there and I asked for my order they were confused the lady who had took my order then got extremely mad and very rude. Honestly I wouldn't have cared to much I would just kept the half chicken and gave it a try but she was so nasty that I didn't even want my food at this point. Of course I payed for it and took it home but I'm really debating going back. I drive from oysterbay to go there and I have been using them for years. I normally don't deal with that lady there is another lady there that I have never had a problem with but she wasn't there today. The new lady was just so rude that even though the food is great I don't think I want to deal with her ever again. Not to mention this all happened in front of my 4 year old daughter. Very unhappy. Very disappointed of this place every time I call to place an order the front ladies are always yelling at you and being rude and no patience’s to customers and your order ends up wrong ! So I decide to go inside the store and place order personally and the front lady I have no idea what’s her name but she was yelling at my sister this evening just because she open the fridge to purchase a sodacan the lady was yelling and being so disrespectful not touch fridge . I think they are many Ways to friendly ask to not open fridge …. In first place their was no sign that says don’t touch they should put up signs or close the door like it use to be so no more opens fridge … never again coming into this place my orders comes always wrong and the front lady is always rude! along with my coca1ne addiction, i must admit that i'm addicted to this establishment's cuisine. the service is speedy, the general tso's is sUper, and uh shoot man i should try their other options but im sure its good oh yeah order before like 3 pm, the food is discounted by a buck or two

update fri apr 2 2021: haven't gotten their food in over a year, and so i just got their dragon and phoenix (two servings of general tso with four jumbo shrimp and assorted vegetables with orange peels) and it reminded me that it was the best thing i ever had in town. the other places (china king, china palace, jade fortune) have undistinguishable brown/sweeter/softer general tso's, but this place has it red, spicier, and definitely crunchier. whether it's tastier is up to you, but their general tso is a...
