Modern Odyssey Tattoo — Local services in City of Glens Falls

My 8 year old Daughter had her ears pierced at Artisan Ink in early July. We've been trying to remove her starter posts, for the last 24 hours. I drove to Tattoo Clinic, and failed to be acknowledged for quite sometime. It was open, but no sight of life. I then drove to Modern Odyssey Tattoo. I was immediately greeted by two gentlemen at the front desk. Both were smiling, welcoming and warm! I explained to Andy that I had my Daughter's ears pierced elsewhere, and we've been struggling to remove the earrings. We gladly waited while he finished his appointment. The other gentlemen at the desk continued to be kind and helpful. Andy then swiftly and gently loosened the jewelry piece, with ease of course! He was super knowledgeable and great to be around!

i went in today to get a belly button piercing and they were all really nice and everything went fine at first but the lady did not know what she was doing. she put the needle in then took the needle out to put the jewelry in which you are most definitely not supposed to do. then had me sitting there for another 2 mins trying to get the jewelry to go through she failed at that ofc and then had to get another guy bc she was lost on what she was doing. he got it through fine with a pinch ofc but it’s not even in the right spot of my belly button it looks completely crooked. on top of that they didn’t even offer any discount or the cleaning solution for free none of that. i would most definitely not go here for a piercing at least you’re belly button bc they clearly don’t know what there doing. honestly if i could give them a 0 i...

i wouldn’t normally name drop in a review but i have to!! maggie graf did my cartilage and nose piercing in march and if i could rate the experience higher than 5 stars i would honestly rate it much higher, because oh my lord!!! she did an amazing job making sure i was okay and feeling okay and she did the services very amazingly and she was so kind and she did such a great job. i 100% recommend going to modern odyssey to get a piercing and for tattoos i have no say because i have yet to get any other services but i would 100% recommend going here. amazing service, wonderful staff and the professionalism was through the roof!! much love to maggie for giving me such an...
