I placed a call about 45 minutes before I went to the location to get my order. I went shopping in Hannaford's next door, as I assume the order would be cooking, which it did. I was quoted a price of about $16 on the phone, but when I went in person, they quoted me a price of $18.35. Seeing that I was visibly upset, most people would just not care about the extra dollar or whatever they were trying to charge, and so when I walked out the door, I assume they would have called me back in.

I waited about 2 minutes, and then came in, mad as a storm, as she still quoted this price. I said I do not have change and put $18 in the bin. She tossed the sauce and other things in as if I was garbage, and that is NOT, absolutely NOT acceptable.

I don't care how this meal is going to taste, I don't care how they were feeling tonight, I've had a really rough day, and they didn't have the right to treat me like that. Most people would just say okay it's all good, but these people decided for an extra dollar or two to leave themselves a bad review. That's their problem and their prerogative and not mine.

I review highly to places that deserve it, and I review lowly to places that deserve it. This place deserves a one-star review. Don't eat here, there are about 15 other Chinese locations in this local area, and it's very easy to get to any one of them. Any one of them is probably better than this place.

I, Yan Chen, have received multiple letters from the tax bureau informing me that there was a share dividend income that wasn’t declared in the income tax at the end of the year of 2021. Your company, filed a false tax return using my name, unbeknownst to me. My annual income has increased because of this, resulting in the tax bureau asking me to pay back this tax. Identity theft is an illegal infringement and your company's actions have violated my personal rights and interests. This has greatly affected my life in the past two years. If I don't receive a response from you, I will have no choice but to have law enforcement handle this. I will sue your company for stealing other people’s identifications and abusing them. Additionally, I will file a complaint with the tax bureau for processing. Subsequently , we will protect our rights with proper legal procedures and file a lawsuit in court to hold this company liable for infringement. You will bear the corresponding legal responsibility and the demand of compensation for losses. I've been constantly denied by your company every time I call. Since I couldn't get in touch with you, I could only use this online platform! Actually I never received your dividend money...

Do not order the lemon chicken, it's a joke - 3 chicken breast slices breaded & deep fried, served on a bed of iceberg with tomato slices, heaped up to make it look like you're getting $10 worth of food. Undercooked shrimp toast...undercooked seafood?! Wontons in soup old. The best thing was the rice was fresh, & there's no skill in that, they use a rice cooker. Every time we have a bad Chinese meal it's from this place - tonight we took a chance because Panda Garden in SGF is closed. Never again, we'll eat a PF Changs frozen meal!
