We really like this pizza, but it's expensive compared to others in the area so we only get it for special occasions. One came up a few weeks ago, and we were excited to order. It had been at least a year, if not more, since we had this pizza. We paid $42 for two pizzas (one large cheese and one iarge pepperoni). They looked beautiful when we opened the boxes. Then we took them out...the crust was PAPER thin. (See pics.) You could barely taste it and it was impossible to eat without folding the pizza in half so at least you could build somewhat of a crust layer. It was extremely disappointing, particularly for our guest who had requested good NY-style pizza. We always have leftovers that we can enjoy for several days; we had plenty here, but nobody had any interest in them. After a week with no takers, at least six slices went into the garbage. I understand that things are tough in the restaurant industry right now, and particularly for small businesses, but that is not the place to cheap out. If I'm going to pay more, I expect a certain level of quality. That is especially true with food. This pizza fell far below expectations. We aren't likely to return.

I used to love this pizza place. Whenever I was in the area I would get pizza and garlic knots. I stopped in today and ordered a white pizza with some veggies. It was terrible. I can't eat it. The veggies are all dried out and burnt. It is like cardboard. Terrible pizza but garlic and buffalo knots were good. I will never order from here again.

“Inversion” large pizza from pizza jerk at Glens Falls. The crust is good: crunchy in the outside and chewy inside. The pie is really too salty for me and too oily due to the amount of pesto and melted cheese. The waiting time was between 30 to 40 minutes with a busy evening. I would go back to try the vegetarian pizza.

This was our first time ordering from Pizza Jerks and we were definitely impressed! The (white/bianco) pizza was very good. It had a thin NY style crust, a nicely done garlic sauce base (that I believe is made from scratch, in-house). It had the perfect amount of ricotta and the toppings (mushroom and onion) were fresh and not overcooked or scorched - which can happen with a lot of veggie pizza toppings - thinly sliced onions in particular. It arrived hot and fresh.

The turkey and bacon wrap was really tasty and very well made. There was a generous amount of thinly sliced deli style turkey breast, along with a good amount of the "usual" sandwich toppings, (lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese and mayo). The bacon was honestly one of my favorite parts. It was perfectly cooked and crumbled into small pieces, which actually made the sandwich not only delicious but oddly enough, easier to eat. The crumbles were plentiful and unlike full strips, they didn't come out of the wrap whole with the first bite. I'm not sure if that was the intention when they decided to use crumbled bacon instead of full slices, but it made a positive difference - at least for me. lol The rest of the wrap was just as good. It was a nice size and wrapped tightly enough that all of the ingredients remained inside, instead of falling out onto the plate as I ate. The fillings were very fresh and the wrap was obviously fresh because it was soft and quite flavorful on it's own. Overall, we were extremely happy with both of the items we ordered. We'll most definitely be ordering from Pizza...

First I tried to order from the website which was not working. Then I did call in our pizza's the girl took my order and repeated it so I'd be sure it was right. When I went to pick the pizza's up the one was wrong. I pointed it out and it obviously irritated the young lady. She stepped back and made mention of it and they did offer to make another one. I asked how long it would be as I had people waiting and another pizza that would then get cold. They told me about 15 minutes. I told them It was fine I would just take the one that was done and we could take the items we didn't like off so that everything could still be somewhat warm when I got to my destination. I asked about a refund for the difference in price of the pizza's and I was told no there was none... Well they were two specific different pizza's on the website and. I'm sure there is a difference in price. More than the refund the attitides of the staff was atrocious. I am in customer service and have been for over 40 years I can't even imagine treating customers the way they did and even think that they may come back or recomend someone else to come there no matter how good the...
