what is happening sidney imports? you started good but I noticed how it's getting harder to contact you guys. you used to answer phone calls but not anymore for the past few months. I was still okay with it tho because I am still receiving majority of my orders with little error I could bare once a while.. and you still are prompt in answering your emails so no phone calls was still a minor issue to me. now, you are also starting to not answer emails fast enough as well, and errors in orders are getting too often. I feel like i'm seeing a symptom of a business heading to bankruptcy or closure.
