Sunny Days Of Ithaca — Local services in City of Ithaca

This was a horrible experience, inside and out of the store, I was with my three friends at the store around 3:30 on December 12, 2021. Were kids, of course were gonna be a little loud, and we were. But the manager didnt even tell us to quite down, the only notice was to tell a kid to calm down on a chair them we got kicked out, and we got out. As we were leaving both me and one of my friends, took a few peices of candy which was aloud. Then the manager followed us out, and yelled at us for taking it out, then he continued to follow us and yell and curse at us, when he finally left us alone. We laughed because he was being totally rediculous, then he continued to follow us, so we ran, and went in a different direction. At this point we were a bit scared, next we turn a corner and he yells and chases us yelling “pussies, pussies” and me and one friend ran up to south hill, the other two stayed and talked to him he Continue to harass them and we have video of this. Since then we have tried to avoid the commons and him this was a horrible experience and he was harassing us and I think it’s totally wrong for him to do this to us. The man was middle age/old, white, with gray hair, and he had a beanie hat on with those fabric braids. I’m pretty sure he was the manager which made it even worse that he was harassing us and we left the store once he asked us to go out so he had no right...

Was excited to go to this store and support local business, but after my experience with the owner I will not recommend any one to see this store. On the door of the store, there was a sign that said anyone entering the store is still required to wear a mask and if you dont have one they would provide you with one. As my family and I entered the store the owner ran toward us yelling that we need to have a mask on. Im fine with following their rules, but the owner wouldnt let me get a word in edgewise about asking for one since I didnt have one on me. She was very rude and unaccomadating to me and my family. However the next family that came in after us was treated totally different from us. She was pleasent and accomodating. After my experience I couldnt get out of the store fast enough. I am all for safety and precaution, but she could have been more polite about how she greeted us. Sadly due to this she lost out on some sales from 7 people who were...

Store has been refusing service to me 2 times recently and complained to the owner who refused to comment and/or help me. I was literly followed out the store to the other store to obtain contact info about the store owner to complain. This old guy who was literly harassing me in and out the store. The Associate told me recently he is the Manager. Anyone else please share your weird experiences in this store. I didn't steal, verbally, or physically abuse him. This is emotionally hurtful to me and abusive. I deserve to not be harrassed and denied service, which is a civil rights violation, and is still going on here in my hometown in Ithaca, NY. This is wrong and needs to be stopped by me and others. More people speaking out and peacefully protesting=more power against hate and discrimation against others. I will be seeking legal councel...
