Leaving Target we noticed a discarded menu for this place we had no idea even opened up in town!
After Applefest we had a Curry/Ramen craving so we had to give it a shot.
For less than $50 we both got unlimited refill on the best juice we've had in a restaurant along with the best Karaage in town and received the biggest portioned Curry and Ramen entree we've seen in Ithaca so we knew we were starting off strong!!
Everything was perfect.. as in, zero possibility for improvement because it was THE BEST

I had the Tonkotsu ramen but substituted ramen with udons noodles. The chishu had this Smokiness to it. Maybe lightly charcoal grilled? Which I prefer to the even to the chishu at Ichiran and Tsuta Dumbo in NYC somehow. The eggs were perfectly soft boiled and marinated. Tonkotsu soup base was rich wasn’t watery like some other ramen spots which let the udon pick up the broth. I was also suggested the Vegetarian jumbo roll and even I’m meat lover really enjoyed it.
