Creekside Plaza — Local services in City of Ithaca

I go to tops ALOT they always have great deals on soda's and sometimes ice cream BUT the one by the mall has TERRIBLE service. I live almost a half hour away from this particular one n one night I NEEDED a few things but only had gift cards to get it. The cards needed to be manually typed into the computer n NOBODY that was working that night knew how to manually type it into the computer. They wasted over 45min of my time for NOTHING. I left and had to go to the tops ALL the way in Cortland to get my items. I was VERY annoyed and the cashier's were EXTREMELY rude. Not too impressed with this store overall. The prices were definitely higher than the competitors. I was overcharged the item I bought. It was only a dollar plus tax. I did not appreciate the disregard for correcting the mistake. If a customer takes the trouble to take a photo of the sign with the sale price and show it to both the cashier and a manager, I would think a refund would be at least offered. Clean and well stocked grocery store. Rumors were that this location was closing in October 2018 but based on my visit in November 2018 and no closing signs anywhere in the store-it remains open for the foreseeable future. Tops is a lower overall value option to nearby Wegmans. This location is not a superstore yet has almost as many options as nearby Wegmans. What it does not have the space for, in the current location, is what Wegmans has the square footage for a large Natural...
