Today was a reminder why I need to stop supporting this business: the cashier was so rude and uncomfortable. Looking at my license, and me up and down, using his flashlight on my license, still not believing me, calling his manager over, his manager grilling me about my DOB and zip code. Stop treating your customers like criminals and liars. We get that you get a lot of people using fake IDs, but it's clear when someone has a fake ID vs a real license. Haven’t encounter incompetence like this in a second. Long story short they tried to charge me for bottles and then said my card was declined. I was confused because on my end it didn’t say declined yet as a transaction would but manager Joe said it was declined and I had to use a different card only to still get those charges, surprise! When calling their manager (who happened to be on register for when the transaction occurred the day before) Joe he proceeds to tell me how the charges are a hold and they’ll go away soon. Huh?! That’s not how a declined transaction goes. So I call my bank and long story short they’re like yeah that’s not how that works the store charged you for the bottles.
