The Highly Connected Dispensary — Local services in City of Ithaca

Amazing design and clean building you can tell JP and Wendy really put some love into this place, I love this place and would rate it 5 stars. However I have issues with some of the products sold here as the quality can either be really great like amazingly great(umamii, 6point, vlsny, etc) or terrible bugs in yo weed bad (back home farms I’m looking at you) and the rewards program doesn’t feel all too rewarding although it’s a great idea and love to see it esp as they are the only ones to do it. Another issue I’m having lately is the Umamii eighths are being taxed higher than they were before. Somebody there care to explain how I was paying around 3$ in tax on a 40$ eighth but when they recently lowered the price to 35 I pay about 5$ in taxes? It’s almost double the tax for an item that costs less than before. It seems like something’s off on that but other than these things listed this dispensary is arguably the best in town and an infinite amount better than William Jane.

I went in when they first opened and they said they were working on getting prices on everything but that they could tell me how much stuff costs or I could look it up on the kiosk (eye roll). I went in just the other day and someone cut in front of me in line to ask the lady at the front how much something was - they still don’t have pricing on anything? I went in on a whim today and was totally impressed. Clean and well thought out store that’s got a nice vibe. Compared to others in town that really put me (with attitude and sketchy products) the floor staff I met at Highly Connected are knowledgeable about their products, friendly and approachable. A bonus, sample packaging is within reach to read without having to ask for someone to go behind the counter. They have a really nice variety of older tried and true strains and newer hybrids.
