Staff and workers avoid emails and communication. Very unprofessional and disappointing from somebody who is seeking their services and would have been greatly appreciative on any help or guide in a better direction. One of the interview workers had said after an interview that they would be there to respond to any inquiries and be able to aptly answer if questions arose.
Months had gone by so I sent out a follow up email. They ignored that but seem to spend time noticeably posting on social media through the day rather than responding to or helping applicants. I was reaching out to this service because I was in a hard spot in my life and they had at first said they could help me out and work with me, but then they treat you like you do not exist.
