Requested the photo with the flowers all in one plane with just a few less flowers to fit my budget of $100.. and received this..stapled In clear wrap where you could not see the yellow roses at all. All you could see was a dried up sunflower and the white roses. I tried to rewrap the clear into this brown paper hoping I could open up the bouquet more but the flowers were tightly bound and there was no fixing it in the short time that I had. I specifically asked for the big bouquet to look like the picture and got something completely different. When it was delivered, I made sure that it was fine to pay with check only because I wanted to tip the owners daughter for bringing it over to me and I only had $100 cash. She told me the check was totally fine. I also gave the owner six butterflies to add to the bouquet like the picture shown. Instead she only added two butterflies and did not give me the rest back, she just kept them. Two days later I get a call from the owner and she’s telling me that she cannot cash my check even though she cashed four others before.. she came at me aggressively and demanded a credit card. My brother-in-law gets flowers from this shop time to time and the owner knew this..yet she continued to get rude with me as if I wasn’t going to pay her. She told me that they don’t accept checks so she doesn’t know why I gave it to her.. even though on the phone she told me she already cashed four other ones that went thru..I confirmed right away if check was fine or else I wouldn’t have given it to her as payment. I think that she should’ve spoken to her daughter about this before she spoke to me the way she did... I was super upset with the bouquet and wish she told me that she couldn’t do it how I wanted it to come out.. instead she kept saying that this is how they normally do the flowers. These flowers were supposed to be for my sisters engagement really big event. I was super disappointed, especially with the customer service and being treated as if I wasn’t trying to pay. I’m a local and also a first responder and I honestly felt pretty disrespected by this woman..She told me she wasn’t going to charge any credit card fee over the phone yet she ended up charging me an extra $8 and change. I’m still waiting for her to return my check .. it’s been three days when she told me she would return it as soon as possible. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this service after my poor experience, I will not be ordering...

However the reason for the 3 star review is that she told us numerous times during our meetings that she stays to put the boutonnières on the groom and groomsmen to ensure they are properly secured. This was a big thing for us because we stressed multiple times that we did not want them to flop around and look sloppy in pictures. In addition she told us she only does one wedding a day to ensure she has time for everything. The time the men were arriving to the wedding venue was confirmed with her prior to the event. Day of the wedding comes and she says she can not stay to put the boutonnières on the men because she is too busy and has other events to do.
