Oh my goodness, where do I even begin with Professional Physical Therapy? I simply cannot recommend them enough ā they are truly, utterly, exceptionally brilliant! From the very second I was tragically injured, their team, especially the phenomenal Bridget, has been nothing short of miraculous.
When I first reached out, feeling completely lost, they didn't just point me to a surgeon (they actually recommended three excellent ones, all who agreed with the prognosis); they guided me, helping me research the perfect one. They made it crystal clear that while the surgeon does their part, the real magic, the heart of rehabilitation, lies in the physical therapist's hands. And oh, what hands Bridget and her team have!
Bridget and her staff are beyond thorough; they are mindful, ensuring every single moment is engaging and never, ever boring. They are so incredibly careful, and thanks to their unparalleled expertise and boundless care, the ORIF procedure I underwent has led to a remarkably breathtaking improvement. I'm just shy of three months post-op from repairing 8mm of my tibia bone from a traumatic injury, and I feel magnificently improved!
I've been to over three other physical therapy institutions, and let me tell you, once you step foot into Professional Physical Therapy (and I truly hope you never have to, but if you do!), you will instantly know there is no superior facility, staffed by individuals of such vigilant and genuine intention on the planet. The sheer drive and unwavering dedication this establishment holds to perform their craft for you is nothing short of humbling. If you ever feel your physical therapist is giving you easy exercises, it means you're not digging deep enough, and Professional Physical Therapy is the only support I would ever care to have to push me to my absolute best. This place is beyond amazing!
Bridget, hands down, has the most streamlined protocol implementation, perfectly in sync with my surgeon's vision. From all my other post-op experiences, I have never encountered such an extraordinary level of professionalism. Bridget and the entire Professional Physical Therapy team truly value the intention behind every single exercise, always with the goal of vastly, astonishingly improving your physiological potential. Their protocol isn't just customized; it organically evolves with my every progression, and the amount of care they pour into data assessment is simply awe-inspiring.
Their entire team gets so deeply involved in supporting you, you can't help but feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude for their full, undivided attention to your well-being. My strength and mobility are improving so incredibly well, it's truly astounding!
If you are searching for a physical therapy institution that embodies professionalism, dedication, and a personalized approach that feels like pure magic, then you absolutely must look no further than Professional Physical Therapy. They are, without a shadow of a doubt, simply the best there is.
Thank you, Bridget, and the entire, incredible team at Professional Physical Therapy, for your unwavering and profound support, your insightful dedication, and for being the absolute awesomeness that you are! š Thank YOU!! šššššš

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI NEVER WRITE REVIEWS but had no choice. I called 2 weeks ahead to see if my insurance covered this PT facility. Clerk said that it was covered and I would be paying a copay as per my Aetna insurance company. Went to two useless therapy sessions, where you had a ā dedicated ā PT specialist but that person was servicing 5 people at the same time. I was often doing exercises not supervised and left waiting around looking for my PT as I finished each exercise. Most of the exercises could have been done at home & the two PT sessions were completely useless, as I barely had any direction or help from the PT person. After my first session I asked what my copayment would be & the clerk said they were waiting for my insurance, which was odd considering I was told a week before that I was covered and would be paying a copayment. After my second visit I asked the same question. The clerk said there was an issue with my insurance but would I like to schedule another visit. Of course I said no. A week later I received a $250 bill. I have Aetna.& never have an issue. This facility took over 3 weeks to tell me that it was not covered by my insurance, sent me a bill and said it must be paid in full. I spoke to a supervisor that gave me zero help. They credited nothing despite the lack of professionalism or transparency but regardless of the cost, the PT is useless as they over schedule too many patients and the PT people are servicing 5 patients at the same time. There are way too many facilities will better service and have customer service that would understand this situation and attempt to rectify it in some capacity. This facility didnāt do that at all. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was referred to this group in October of 2021 after fracturing my ankle. Since that time under the exceptional care of my physiotherapist Bridget Kiernan I have fully recovered my mobility and am currently building my balance and strengthening my leg muscles. Bridget has been remarkable in her knowledge, wisdom and especially, her motivation powers in encouraging me and and all her other patients. The facility is well stocked with equipment and competent physiotherapists. Their training takes 5 years and all have a Doctorate. This but one of the reasons for my rating of 5 āļø
Now that I have said goodbye to all the amazing staff at this excellent establishment, I would like to thank Physiotherapists: Bridget, Louis, Liat, and of course Frank the Senior person here, not forgetting the Aides; Alex, Randy, Ellior, and Darla. The PTA, Wendy and the front of house staff, the receptionists; Charmaine and Shakemma. WELL DONE EVERONE!!!. You have all been so knowledgeable and above all else so positive. Us patients come here to be rehabilitated from so many different ailments. By your therapies we have been readmitted to the land we lost. Now we have our freedom and our sense of pride having shared the journey with these worthy people, without whom nothing would...
