We entered a chipotle to order food more specifically a kids quesadilla meal and asked for rice he was told, in a very abrasive manner, that it didn’t come with it. When he explained that any other time we ordered it it came with rice and other sides, the rep again insisted it did not. My husband let it be and continued with the order and upon opening the food, the two kids quesadillas were burned and stuck to the wrapper. I then called repeatedly to speak with a manager and was questioned as to why to later be left on hold. So I went to the store to encounter the manager who epitomized lack of customer service skill and was given not only head hopping while speaking, but also shoulder bopping and even the good ol’ hood “tell your husband to come so we can settle this face to face.” She lacked any form of leadership which explains exactly why the staff is rude. The service is appalling and I’ve received better service from chipotle reps in worse neighborhoods. To be met with such disdain after merely asking to clarify whatever as included in the meal and why the food was so sloppily given is not something I’ve come to expect even when the rep is tired. That is not the way you treat a customer at any time do day.
UPDATE To add insult to injury, I’m just getting home after this debacle, and my order is incorrect. I ordered barbacoa (pictured) and received the steak chunks and chicken. This is beyond ridiculous. Do better! If you don’t want to work in that industry or ha I guess a bad day DON’T...
Read moreONLY reason this has 1 star is because I can't give it 0. I don't know if the employees here can't read a simple order but today was the straw that broke the camels back. On multiple occasions that I've ordered for delivery from this location they have shorted me on my order. My order never changes I always double up on everything minus the protein but today I decided to double the protein since I was using my points for a free entree. Why was the bowl lighter than a regular bowl. Are you guys running low on everything every time I order for delivery because the portions on this are just slightly below a regular bowl. I ordered DOUBLE on EVERYTHING. Whoever is working there needs to get checked my money was wasted and when I reached out to support their response was a BOGO coupon. I don't care about a coupon I am hungry right now not later, not tomorrow, not next week, because who knows when I will be getting it again but if I do ever order for Chipotle to be delivered it will NEVER be from this location again only way I will ever eat from this location will be if I go in person and order to make sure they are actually serving me the portion that I asked...

As soon as we walked in I was impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant & the welcoming attitude of the work crew. The very attentive & upbeat staff were right on point with their prompt, friendly service. We were a rather large group with some spunky kids to feed & the crew didn’t miss a beat. Did not feel the slightest bit rushed as they prepared all our meals . Staff even put our names on our wrapped food items to keep us organized . This Chipotle location had outside dining which turned out to be a bonus . Was a perfect day to enjoy our meals out in the beautiful weather ! One of the staff members took the time to come out and grace us with a bunch of complementary tangerines for all of us to enjoy . They were so refreashing and a perfect ending to our DELICIOUS CHIPOTLE MEALS!! Can’t thank this crew enough for the best service & welcoming attitude!
