The manager of GEEK SQUAD made me wait while he was training people. He didn't say come back, make an appt or that he would take some time with the 2 Geek Squad techs. So 3 Geek Squad techs were all tied up with trainingwhii ibwaited indefinitely. I just wanted advice on a laptop. I went back after I purchased a laptop and the husky tech with crew cut and ponytail was unprofessional, arrogant and rude. I was told that it would cost $50 to transfer files and photos to new laptop by a sales associate. the Geek Squad tech got annoyed and told me i had to sign up for a service contract for 1 yr. The laptop came with a 1 yr warranty. I went to Micro center and got a better deal on a comparable laptop with more features and more storage and a 2 year service contract for the same price as Geek Squad service conract for one year AND the folks at Micro center were ALL courteous, professional and very accommodating.
