Can I just say wow. Coming to this location was the worst decision. If you pay attention to red flags this is one of them. SCAMMERS! I read several reviews on this man named BARRY, saying how amazing he was so I decided to go to him because I really needed help and great service. Well let me tell you how uninformative this man was. He did not explain anything in detail and brushed everything off to just get a sale. I had to ask him so many questions that were things that he should have explained before signing up anyone. That is standard but nope not to Barry. He was the worst. After seeing my first bill I noticed so many random charges and when I called to ask him what all the charges where he replied with stop harassing him mind you that was my first time calling. Then come to find out this disgusting man saved his number into my phone with out even asking if I wanted it . I assumed that was the store number but nope, which is extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. They Seriously need to fire this man. No matter what I did, I couldn't reach a human voice. Fortunately, when I called the Quaker Ridge store, Kenneth picked up the phone. He was extremely helpful and told me what he thought likely was the problem with my phone. Kenneth asked me additional questions, to be thorough and sure that his idea of what the problem was, was correct.
