BUYER BEWARE...This company is straight FRAUD. My mother bought for me, as a gift, my favorite cologne (Armani Mania) from this company online. After almost four weeks of zero communication they finally shipped her order and when it arrived it was clear that they had sold her a cheap imitation knockoff. See Pictures: When opening the torn and beat up box, the spray dispenser was broke from where they obviously tried to refill it with cheap knockoff essential oils or some other diluted fragrance. They didn't even go to the trouble of of filling the cologne bottle to the top. My mother shipped the item back to them and demanded a refund. Unfortunately, when shipping it back she forgot to get an authorized signature confirming delivery. They claim they never received the item even though the tracking shows that it was delivered. We have sense issued a dispute with her credit card company and have filed with the Better Business Bureau in the State of New York. **BUYERS PLEASE LEARN FROM OUR MISTAKES AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH...

I'd give no stars if possible, i tried to cancel my order before they even made a shipping label and i they dont reply. Then i get a bottle that leaked in the box you can clearly tell they tampered with it and it most likely 3/4s water this place is a rip off i dont write reviews so it takes alot for me to waste my time to write this. I dont know how you blame usps for the way you ship the bottle, but the bottle wasnt broken it was leaking from where the sprayer goes on the bottle. Then this guy has the nerve to tell me to relax it happens sometimes in the mail.... one more thing i bought a 3.3 ounce bottle but the one i got was 4 ounces that bottle is over $415.00 from the creed website i paid $130.00 and it was sent out the day after i emailed trying to cancel my order. Try and talk your way outta this ill...

I ordered my GF Dior JaDore for her birthday back in March. It is now almost May and i still have not recieved my perfume. I emailed them and it took them 3 weeks to reply back to me. They have a phone number that no one will ever answer and its a guy on the voicemail saying to email them. They finally replied about a week ago saying my shipment arrived, yet i never recieved anything! I told them i haven't recieved my perfume and now they have completely gone dark. They scammed me for over $60 dollars. I have a newborn child amd tried cutting corners to get my child's mother a b day gift. Now i look bad as her partner and a cheap ass. Aslo look foolish for trusting Perfumebff. They are bad business and i won't stop coming for them until i get my money back!!! Do NOT TRUST THEM THEY WILL...
