La Herradura Inc II — Restaurant in City of New Rochelle

We had a great experience dining at this cozy spot! While there’s mainly street parking, there is a parking lot conveniently located nearby. The atmosphere was charming and intimate, with seating for about 50–60 guests.

The staff were incredibly sweet and welcoming, which really added to the overall positive experience. Since this was a smaller location there were fewer staff members however we got seated within 5 minutes. We were served complimentary chips and salsa to start, which was a nice touch. For our entrees, I ordered the dinner combo and my husband had the fajitas. Both meals were delicious and came in generous portions. The only small drawback was that the fajitas came with fewer tortillas than expected.

One thing to note is that some basic items like napkins and sauces weren’t readily available at the table—we had to ask for them, but the staff was quick to bring them once requested.

As a fellow Latino it pains me to not support a fellow Spanish restaurant like this. The food was cheap they spent more time making a plate look presentable & stylish than on the food. The quality was horrible the quantity even worse. I thought I was going to a nice Spanish restaurant instead it was like going to a wannabe 5 star French restaurant or a restaurant with a 5 star chef. I STRONGLY do not recommend this place. You want good Mexican food? Go to the best HERRADURA restaurant located on Main Street. They do not disappoint. The food there is 100 times better. Only came here because that one was closed for the day thinking it would be the same experience. It wasn’t. Never coming here again. I’m sticking to the one on Main Street in new Rochelle. Overall, this place isn’t bad at all. The service was friendly and attentive, and the food was good—not mind-blowing, but definitely satisfying. We started with the nachos, which were flavorful and well layered, but they placed the refried beans underneath the chips, which made some of them soggy—something to note if you like your nachos extra crispy.

I ordered the chicken fajitas for my main, and they were tasty. My only gripe is that it came with just three tortillas, which wasn’t enough for the amount of filling—by the time I used them up, I still had half a plate left.
