I came in today looking for John whom had done a great job in salvaging my Samsung phone, switched my mother board onto another device I brought in for the swap. It was important to me to keep everything intact as far as files, photos, videos and work related Apps. Well he did everything promised! Now I am experiencing a different issue which I wanted him to look at, diagnose and repair, well unfortunately he is Off today and Gino decided to Dismiss me immediately as he came out the back room..He said I don't have time..I said I haven't told you what I need..and he retorted with I am behind on 5 repairs, the other techs called out today and if I even let you explain, you are taking away my time. He proceeds to walk away into the back..! He is lucky, I am civilized and a Human being with too much patience..One day, he will meet the wrong person there with that Attitude and he will cause that...

Came in this morning to pick up my cellphone that needed a battery exchange. The gentleman at the front desk was more than helpful with the process. He was so helpful and so kind. It is hard to come by people who truly help in customer service and that go out of their way. Will be returning...
