Wish I could give 10 stars!! Hands down the Best local cheesecake around!! The shop is tiny but the warm and friendly greeting makes you feel like you’re in your own personal bake shop! I got the rainbow cookie bites and a slice of pistachio and a slice of banana pudding… the flavors are spot on without being overpowering. Every bite is just heavenly ~ the cheesecake is the perfect consistency, light but not too light and definitely not heavy where you can’t eat more than 3 bites. The slices are huge, you’re definitely getting two slices for the price of one! The drawback is that there are so many delicious flavors to choose from that it’s hard to pick (like that’s a terrible problem right? Lol) I have to say that their banana pudding cheesecake could give the famous Emeril Lagasses’s banana cream pie a run for its money!!! This is just based on my ordering experience and not getting my order fulfilled. I ordered my cake on Saturday morning around 11am for the white rainbow cake, and was told there was a 48 hour window, so Tuesday I can get it. The call took awhile too as I made the call 11am on a Saturday (I understand it can be busy on weekends). Come Tuesday, I have someone get it on my behalf and apparently the cake was not communicated to the baker. I had the option for a refund but the credit card had to be there in person, yet i paid over the phone with a card. The other option was waiting Wednesday to get it. I had no transport to go tomorrow. My other option was a sampler. I took the sampler and just felt the handling of it fell short. I honestly wanted to try it out per the reviews on Google. I wish the business better...

Hudson Valley Cheesecake is your sweet tooth heaven! Located right on Main Street if parking is hard to find there is a municipal parking lot around the corner and a short walk from there. I was greeted with a welcome as soon as I walked in the door, any questions I had about the cakes were answered and it was actually hard to choose so I bought more than one kind. The Rainbow cheesecake is absolutely phenomenal, tastes just like 3 layer cookies. Cakes, cheesecake, cupcakes vegan also if needed and fruit smoothies were just added to the menu.
