I have had the pleasure and pain of dealing with T mobile in mid city plaza for almost a month. The pleasure has been a delightful and professional customer representative named, Aidan Sikorski. He has gone above and beyond helping me with my Apple phone and iPads. He is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of T mobile and knows his competitors (such as Spectrun) Having been in sales, I know the importance of knowing your competition. He has looked things up for me and has (unfortunately, my fault) had to show me more than once. Not once, did he show signs of frustration. In fact, it seemed to give him more patience with me. He has helped my husband with his android phone, as well. He helped do everything possible to set us up with internet. Spectrum made that extremely difficult. From the moment I met him, he has remembered my name and uses it frequently. Making tasks seem much more personal. I have been “bragging” about this young man to others. If I could give him higher than whatever is allowed; I would! If he’s a ten, I’d go higher! He acknowledges customers, even when he is busy with others. You never feel ignored or a bother. On the other hand, from the minute his if he’s a manager; (Jon) became involved; I can’t say the same. I have walked in, not been acknowledged, as even being there. A very young man was working and he said to “Jon” that lady just said “hello” to you. Without glancing up at me; he answered the other unknown sales persons name, with “Yeah, I heard her.extremely “Rude” is what I call it. It happened more than on one occasion. Several times, he was outside the store, and looked my way, but didn’t even speak. Another time, he didn’t even know why I was there and simply said; “Aidan’s not here!” He dismissed me. He, also, didn’t offer a chair. I walk with a cane and he remained seated; and /or continued to text on his phone. Outside the store, he said, I’m in a hurry, I’m leaving for (I believe he said Miami!) as if, that was more important than a customer. While I was being assisted by Aidan and once by someone else, I witnessed again the rudeness and his “ignoring nature” that he appears to have. I don’t generally do surveys or give low ratings to someone, but since I was just in the store yesterday with a new employee. (To me he was new) and wasn’t fully able to help me; Jon came out and knowing, I’ve had difficulties; did nothing to help with any assistance. I believe in credit when credit is due! Aidan has been professional with a friendly personable attitude. Also, very polite by walking me to open the door for me as I do use a cane and have difficulty walking. Jon has never opened the door, even when he was outside. There was another young man (months ago) that was helpful. Jon, on the other hand, has made me feel like “what do you want now?” I hope this information is useful for training and I hope Aidan gets a note in his records of how well he does. He went over billing and charges thoroughly. I’d like to add he has the neatest appearance of all your salespeople. I don’t fully understand your point system! I want Aidan’s points to be the highest he can get! Why? Because he deserves them! I can’t seem to be able to get to the point category! Please see to it that he gets whatever the highest points are. If possible, I’d like to put them in myself. I am a Veteran and was a Unit Career Counselor.(I did evaluations.) They say no one is perfect; but I’d give Aidan a perfect score. Thank you for having people like him...
Read moreLoyal customer to metro for years upon years now, that all might change here soon. I had recently lost my phone and went to get a new one until my old one was found. My phone was found later that same day. I go back 2 days later to return the phone and get my old one turned on. Come to find out my new phone is an "upgrade" and is non refundable. This phone was by no means an upgrade, and at no point what so ever was I informed that the new phone was going to be non returnable. You'd think after walking in and saying "I lost my old phone, I need a new one" that maybe, just maybe mentioning that if I had happened to find my old one that the new phone was going to be non refundable, would be something you you might want to bring up. This is absolutely terrible customer service, and then to top it off they wanted to charge me AGAIN to have my old phone re activated. Again the new phone is by no means better than my old one. I'll probably be switching phone providers now. Thanks...
