I had been using another local repair shop for 14 years only because of the proximity to my home BUT it was the worst, very costly decision I had ever made. This past week someone told me to bring my car to Jo-Lea to have a noise that cropped up suddenly from the front end of my car checked out. I called and was told that they would check out the car for no charge and it would be my decision to have them repair whatever they found. Well it turned out that it was a loosened heat shield that was making so much noise and they corrected the problem. I was also given a heads up on a pending problem and was told that it didn't have to be done right then and there. I appreciated that information plus the fact that I was told I have a bit of time to have them address this issue. I most certainly will be using Jo-Lea going forward and am so sorry I didn't know about their expertise years sooner but it's never too late to correct bad habits and use a reputable company...

This is the second time I've used Jo-Lea's services. The first time the secretary was quite cold with clipped responses to my questions about service. When I was waiting over an hour for my car to be serviced, she didn't offer any updates of how much longer it would take. I chalked it up to her having a bad day. However, when I went back the second time for an exhaust repair service she had the same unwelcoming attitude. Almost 2 hrs after the start of my scheduled appointment I asked her politely for a status update, at which time she said the work was done. I can't confirm whether she forgot to let me know. I also found grease on the interior of my car from the mechanic after the keys were given back to me. Unfortunately the service with a smile was not given on both occasions, leading me to search for another service provider...

came in for a NYS inspection and oil change a couple days ahead of a big road trip. I made the appointment a couple days in advance online. while I didn’t receive any appointment confirmation emails/text or communication, I called them the next day and they were immediately able to confirm that the appointment details were received. when I arrived for my appointment & to drop off the car, the mechanic was outside and immediately attentive, letting me know I could go inside and he’d be with me soon. great vibes right off the bat! after the inspection they called me to let me know I passed and give me updates on the condition of the car. very communicative throughout the whole process and my car was ready in a bout an hour. the prices are very fair, all together I was...
