Tried to give these people the benefit of the doubt with the first 3 times I got expired products, it happened a 4th time and I still kept going...the 5th time was just disgusting...from this place I’ve gotten in multiple occasions expired BoarsHead Ham Cheese Cream Queso Fresco Tortillas Spoiled Bananas

With the boats head I went back and the manager acknowledged that the ham had been expired for a week prior to me purchasing the house, the manager also had no problem with me returning the Cheese Crema...last Thursday I go again to return some Mexican Fresh Cheese “Queso Fresco” this cheese had been tampered with and had some chemical in it. I explained to the “manager of Thursday Night” he gives me a really hard time saying he doesn’t have keys or access to make any changes...I also have the spoiled bananas from two days prior and he gives me even a harder time trying to weight and charge me for the “difference” of the weight (about 06 Oz) I tell him that I just drove miles to do this and that if he rather lose a costumer and he said he didn’t care. Mr.Juan the store manager I gotta say what terrible skills. I make the payment with a wrong card and the cashier girl was ready to assist but then here comes Mr. Juan with the uh uh uh. Looking at the receipt and says not possible not possible. Instead of being helpful and trying to help. He just gives a bunch of negativity. This is the second time in less than I year I see a lack of visible experience. The people that work here are so incredibly unprofessional. The male manager lacks respect when speaking to customers. Items on the shelves are mislabeled and wrongly priced. Simple things like that can be avoided and handled right. If something is labeled a certain price and rings up another, it is not on the customer, the cashier, or even the shelf stocker. It is on the manager and the establishment. Keep your merchandise up to date, and you won't have "difficult customers" that demand the price that...
