This company is very unprofessional and have zero respect for their employees. Leaving their employees to work two and three shifts at a time without so much as a courtesy call. When I called their office tonight the person that I spoke to was so-called Road Patrol and he was extremely rude and very angry that I called even though I was just calling to be kind out of concern for our security guards. I live in one of the buildings that they are contracted to and we have had a heck of a time with poor security guards in the past through Securitas. Now we finally have some good guards and I would kind of like to keep them rather than allowing Securitas to chew them up and spit them out. Put in an application, had my interview.Used to work for this company for 5 or more yrs. Never had my GED, I did attend classes for my GED. And they sent me an email recently saying I didn't qualify enough for the job. Though I have been doing Security for 20 yrs. LMFAO!!!! So you need a piece of paper to say if your educated enough to Guard a facility or do paperwork. My qualifications exceed what they are looking for in my book.
