This Store/Butcher is absolutely amazing! We dealt with Rick (my recommendation) he was extremely knowledgeable and professional! It was our first time to the store and I promise it won't be my last! We had Rick cut us some Prime Strip Steaks....Prime Filets and I must say...I'm done going out for a great steak...when we just had one of the best steaks in our lives. The area is not the best, the meat selection is outstanding and the prices are hard to beat. I find the quality to cost ratio to be the best of any butcher in the tri-city area with rare exception. That said, Sals has better chicken prices and some of Sals packages offer better deals depending on what you are looking for. This is still my first stop when preparing a BBQ or stocking my freezer.
