I entered the store a few days ago, wanting to switch some phones over on my account. I had 3 phones, of which I had already purchased or had, so the only service I needed was switching the lines around. The guy behind the counter asked me how many phones, I said 3 and he stated that he could only do 1 lines per account, per day. He lied. I went to another metro store and had all the phones I wanted switched around within an hour. If dude didn't want to do it, he could have just said so. Read moreI recently got new service here and the person i dealt with was very nice but it was a mess to get my phone on after i left the store. I wasn't told half of what i should have been. This person should have had more training and i do not blame them . Besides that the service is awesome once i got everything sorted out i have no problems. They have really good offers but most seem to be only for people who want more than one phone with their service. You also have to have a cell phone and switch to them to get any promotional deals.
