This was my third purchase from Twin and I have to say it started off great but ended terribly. We took my newborn to get her ears pierced from a recommendation from our hospital. The staff there were great even Evan was very helpful and kind so we decided to purchase a bracelet for my daughters one year birthday. A few months later we noticed the gold plating on the bracelet was fading looking more silver then gold and my daughters ear rings post turned completely black even though they were supposed to be 14k solid gold and understanding that plating eventually does fade, but after 6 months?? Due to the pandemic we weren’t able to take it in so when we did he said he would dip it to restore the plating on both the bracket and ear rings (not mentioning a charge). At that point we still felt very positive of the experience so we decided to buy a necklace/nameplate for my daughters second birthday. That’s when things went downhill as far as customer service is concerned. It took almost two months and two separate visits to get the repair done and necklace back (really should have taken 2-3 weeks). We had to call on 2 occasions to see what the status was. Honestly I believe that customer service is extremely important for any business and constant smiling while making excuses falls short of that.
