Got my ford explorer fixed here- Jan 2024. I wasn’t happy with the paint finish, I brought it back. Gabe was ridiculously rude, claimed it was polish residue. Also- they charged my insurance for a new inter cooler and never replaced it, charged for a new hood but didn’t replace it, only filled and repainted it. Nothing lines up properly, so many people comment on how it’s still noticeably damaged. The front lights don’t fit properly….i could go on forever. They definitely pad the estimate and milk the insurance company. And then to boot…I met Gabe the owners son in a store nearby…and he’s being shockly racist towards the man behind the counter. The language and the things his said to the man… I’m not sure if they thought it was because I was a woman they could just do a skim job or if it all jobs they skimp on. Would I go there again absolutely not…and I wouldn’t recommend them either….they’ll comment under this review now saying they’ve never had a unsatisfied customer but check their one star reviews. Gabe needs a lesson in manners. He doesn’t like being questioned by customers that’s for sure. If people are happy with the work here it’s because they don’t know what they are looking for. If I could recommend any auto body shop in Westchester it would be FMG auto! I would give them 10 stars on here if I could! Nancy and Felix were AMAZING!! Nancy from the start helped to even set up my rental and had them pick me up the day I dropped off the car. She was so kind and patient explaining the whole process to me, and what I needed to do with the insurance company and who to call. Felix was a sweet heart!! He had my car cleaned it came back even cleaner than when I first bought the car! I was also missing one of my hubcaps from before my accident, and he found a replacement and just put it on for me aside from fixing the back end of my car! Used FMG on numerous occasions. Each and every time Nancy and Andre provided excellent and courteous updates. Their work is outstanding, pricing is very fair. My car always looks like nothing happened. Frankly I don't understand the few negative comments on here. They are obviously competitors, their relatives or people that deserved the treatment they got. i have always been treated with respect and professionalism. Respect gets respect.
