My brother- in- law recently lost his father, who was the Bishop of a large church in Yonkers, New York. The family wanted to send flowers, so it was my job to make it happen. Instead of using a big dial 800 company, with whom I've had bad experiences in the past. I sought out a local florist in Yonkers, and I came across Mateo's Florist. I looked at several others, but I chose Mateo's. They had great reviews, and their arrangements looked so much better than the others. The flowers looked fresh and beautiful from the video shown. I placed the order online, and I spoke with the manager, Antonio who confirmed everything. He was very polite and accommodating to the changes that I made to the arrangement. I felt very confident that everything would be nice! I reside in Texas, and I had the concern of not knowing what the final product would look like. No, not with Mateo's. They let me know when the arrangement was delivered via email, AND they sent me a picture of it! That has never been done before. I HIGHLY recommend them for all of your floral needs.
