Atlantic Health System Clark - North Pavilion — Local services in Clark

I would just like to say that I’m basing my review off of the phone call for making the initial appointments. I was told over the phone that I would have to pay out-of-pocket $125 for the initial consultation and thereafter my usual $20 co-pay for the physical therapy. This did not sound right to me, so I questioned it a few times and they assured me that that’s what my insurance is telling them. This sounded very dubious to me and I called my insurance because I’ve never had an initial consultation for physical therapy fee that came out of pocket. My insurance assured me that I do not have an initial consultation fee that needs to come out of my pocket and all I need to do is pay my $20 co-pay. So I’m very unhappy because I think that there’s something wrong there with the billing here in this office. If it smells like a banana, it’s a banana so I have canceled my appointments and going to ivy physical therapy. I’ve dealt with them in the past and they’ve been good and I’ve had no trouble. The only reason why I called Atlantic rehabilitation is on the insistence of my doctor. however, I cannot go to a place where I don’t feel comfortable. I suggest if anyone is told something that seems incorrect , or if they have not gone here and they’re told to pay initial upfront fees, please contact your insurance company before you do anything . It sounds like bad business...

The Atlantic Health Imaging team in Clark is AMAZING! My first experience was with Jeanie at the front desk. She was kind, lovely and went out of her way to set appointments that worked best for me and my issues. Jeanie set the tone for a wonderful experience every step of the way! My appointment with Elena, Ultrasound tech, was great too. She put me at ease as soon as we met. She was sensitive, caring and excellent at her job. She went above and beyond to give my doctor an accurate reading and knew extra testing was necessary. She immediately went through the process for approval from my doctor and true to her word she squeezed me in for another test soon after. Her professionalism and expertise guided my doctor to her recommendation of another test this time with the dynamic duo of Paul and Ryan, MRI techs. They were supportive and gentle. They took such good care to be sure I was comfortable. Their light hearted approach to an intimidating test is spot on. They did a fabulous and detailed report for me to be able to go forward. I feel so very lucky to have my first testing experiences with such a wonderful group of people. It was all about care, consideration and the patient came first! With much appreciation and gratitude....

i had my first MRI completed at the Clark North Pavilion. it was so easy to make an appointment which was the very next day in the morning. Jeannie was able to confirm all my approvals were completed with my insurance. Paul and Ryan were so warm and welcoming and explained how the process would go and always checked in with me to make sure i was comfortable and calm. the whole process went so well and i was so surprised that my results were completed that same day and was able to view it on the mychart app i have. this location is so easy and has other services available should i ever need. thank you to the imaging department for making this a positive experience.
