I have been going to this jeweler for many years now and my family members before me. I have to say they make you feel like you are part of the family at Frederic's Jewelers. I have always felt safe to leave my jewelry in their hands. The customer service has always been very informative and friendly. They are always so nice, and they always ask if I need my jewelry looked at and/or cleaned too! The jewelry selection is always fresh and if I cannot find just what I'm looking for they offer to custom make it! I brought in my mother's old diamonds and they created a beautiful pendant that I wear everyday! The process of figuring out what exactly to do with the diamonds was painless and actually a lot of fun! Naturally, this was the first stop for my engagement ring. The entire process was smooth sailing. Robert had the ring made quickly to accommodate our desired date. During the week I was able to schedule a same-day verbal appraisal of an inherited box of jewelry. The whole process only took about 15 minutes for many pieces of jewelry.
