Terrible customer service. I drove in from out of town to do some business and saw this cigar shop and stopped in. Mind you; I have never been to this shop and am a brand new customer. I walked in and said hello to the man behind the counter. Barley acknowledge me and said "Hey" without making any eye contact. He was preoccupied on his cellphone. Great first impression. Found my way to the humidor without any assistance to see a very modest and lacking selection. Looked around in the humidor for a bit. Still no customer service. Picked out two cigars to purchase and brought them to the counter. The man was very unsociable and I asked him if he was "in a bad mood." He was a bit taken back. He said no and asked why. I told him that when I entered he barely acknowledged me as a customer. He said, "Do I know you?" I said that he did not and that I was out of town and decided to stop in to give him some business and he had poor customer service. He said, "What are you talking about?" I asked if he was the owner and he said he was not. When I left, I told him he did not have a very good selection either. I am fortunate that I am an experienced cigar smoker and can navigate around a cigar shop and humidor. But, what if I was new to cigars? Is this customer service you would give to a newcomer to cigar smoking? In these times, with the economy the way it is ,and small businesses struggling, I am blown away by the pure lack of customer service and respect for a new customer from this small business. The owner needs to rethink how implements best practices in providing ALL customers, new and regular, the most most positive experience possible. If this shop relies on regulars to keep them in business and ignores its new customers, they will fail in the end. This employee could have turned around this experience quickly, but he didn't, because he didn't care. Why should he? He doesn't own the shop! And to wrap it all up. I still showed respect in the end, because I gave him business and spend 20 bucks on a...
Read moreVery cozy very small, but I was very welcomed being my first time there. The selection was good Nice humidor Fair prices for the area. I mean if you're going into a cigar store and buying an individual cigar you're going to pay for it. Some of the cigars were a little high price for my taste but I did end up getting some very good smokes that even though I paid a little more than what I'm used to being from a state that doesn't charge too much tax on cigars, I enjoyed them. The woman that was working there was especially nice very helpful and showed me what she thought was some pretty good deals and help me out a lot. The cigars I got came in a very nice plastic seal up bag with a box of matches so I didn't even need a light when I left. I came in a semi truck so I had to park out front parking is very small it's up in the mountains it's on the main Street so be prepared for a little traffic and a little patience. I'm not sure about parking out back they do have some out front with some meters so have a few coins on you. Go in have a good time it's a very nice shop very good setup looks very pretty. and it's always nice and cool up there in the mountains...
Read moreI went into this establishment and asked for help and the associate Anthony was very rude. He did not want to get off the chair and assist me. When he finally helped me and I had my cigar, he took over the TV and did not let me have any chance to watch anything. The bathroom was filthy and no running warm water. The customer service and facility were horrendous. I also feel that I was racially profiled and mistreated due to the color my skin. I would not recommend this lounge to anyone especially people of color. The atmosphere was not kind nor was it inclusive. It should be a relaxing atmosphere instead it was hostile, cold and prejudice. It seems like the worker does not want to assist customers or has horrible customer service. Please take your business and hard earned...
