I want to echo other had reviews here, they are not wrong. I took a chainsaw and it was supposedly under warranty. It had a small simple part broken and it took them two weeks to even look at it, not to mention having never even ordered the parts. After they looked at it they replaced way more than the small simple part and wanted to charge me over $150 instead of the $10 to $20 it would have taken to replace the simple part. I want to say about stihl dealer next to co-op. They are not very honest and straight forward people and will not admit their wrong doing when caught. They will blame everything on you instead. We will never shop with them again. They maid us to sign paperwork without notifying us about $100 charge. As usually we didn't read all of it and had to pay $100 extra. Their representative was suppose to notify us about involved $100 fee. No, they were blaming us for signing without reading. So don't trust them, read their paperwork very thoroughly before signing anything with them. Maybe even consult a lawyer. Maybe shop somewhere else instead, with more trustworthy representatives. I needed some insecticide for around the house. I called first and was pleasantly surprised by a knowledgeable sales person. So we pulled up the Farmers Co-op on Google maps and left going to the Co-op. When we arrived the counter person said he would get me someone who knew about the insecticide we needed. After a very short time two of their employees came to our aid. $28.00 later we were on our way home with enough insecticide to treat our home twice and a very good sprayer. I'm not sure but I think I've spent that much money for a single treatment and didn't get a new sprayer at the other big hardware stores. I highly recommend the Montgomery county...
