The pizza was good and as expected. However upon walking in we found two ladies sitting at the bar folding boxes with 3-5 people working in the back of the restaurant. It was around 5pm on a Sunday night. I looked around not quite knowing what to do because I didn't see anyone else in the restaurant though the door had a sign that said they were open for dine in. I asked the women if they were open for dine in and they said yes. One got up and asked me to go to the counter to place my order. They only had specials on large pizzas to where I would have to pay for individual toppings. Not good when one of them is a Super Supreme. So we ordered the two seperate pizzas we wanted and asked for our drinks. We were informed they didn't have iced drinks, only bottled. We were then asked to find a seat and wait about 20 minutes maybe longer. The guy from the back brought our pizzas to us in boxes. Um, no trays? No plates or napkins? And we waited nearly 30 minutes for them. I asked for the plates and napkins to which he replied, "I don't think we have any. Let me check." It was then I realized all I had for the order was an order ticket and no receipt. When I asked for one the girl who took my order had to go find some other fellow who eventually brought it to us (it seemed that maybe he was themanaget). For over $45 this was such a unwelcoming experience that I will not return. As a single parent I wanted a night to rest from worrying about food and dishes. Instead I had to ask for and pay steeply for everything we got and no service without irritation it seemed; aside I was an imposition. Read morePlaced an online order ($66) on 12/2 for delivery. Took longer than normal, that's fine, but Door Dash brought it instead of a Pizza Hut employee. Understaffed, I get it, but the driver was not given a hot sleeve, so my pizza was cold. They also didn't bring the drinks I ordered.
Called the store, to seek a resolution. Call was picked up and hung up on. Called again. Call was picked up and placed on hold. Waited an hour, yes, a literal hour to speak to an employee. They said they would place a credit on our account.
Called today, 12/10 at 1:30pm, to get the replacement order. Call was picked up and we were asked to hold. So we waited. 45 minutes passed and we decided to go to the store while holding. We walked in the door still on hold with a 60 minute call duration.
This store was not busy. The only person in the dining area was an employee on break. We showed the employee behind the counter that we were still on hold and she tried to blame the call center. No ma'am, we called this store directly. She looked at their phones, picked up the call, and said "oh, sorry".
We asked about the credit on our account and were told that we had $10 in store credit. $10. She declined to offer up any additional compensation for our new problems, so we declined to place an order.

Got a notification it’s out for delivery and will arrive in 10 minutes. 5 minutes later we got a notification our Dasher is picking the order up. Few minutes later we got a notification they’re in route and it’ll be here in 10 minutes. Got another notification saying it’s now going to be 10 minutes longer. Called Pizza Hut and the staff said it’s with the Dasher and they left 10 minutes ago. We waiting another 10-15 minutes. During that time the delivery has moved over 20 minutes out. We called the Dasher “Infiniti D” who’s super sweet and professional. She went inside to confirm our order is still being made. I could heard the staff say it’s still not ready. Over all it was over an hour of notification spam and then Pizza Hut lying. Now our food is almost an hour and a half late.
Come on man. It’s just some wings. Haha. No need to lie or keep trying to blame the Dasher and say they have it. When they absolutely didn’t.
Edit to add: Our Dasher just arrived with the wrong order entirely. I heard her give the full name and the order number. Pizza Hut STILL gave her the wrong order. It’s now going on two hours. Pizza Hut staff can’t even handle PIZZA. Haha. This is why companies are replacing staff with machines.
