Worst vehicle I have ever had. Yeah they respond to most reviews with "we recommend a pre purchase inspection" have some integrity. If thats your response for getting called out for selling lemons, you should be shut down. I purchased a vehicle there and didn't even make it home and the alternator went out while I was driving down the interstate. $455+ Labor later. I called and spoke to Tabitha, the manager and she said she would credit those expenses to my account. I also had to put 4 tires and have breaks and an alignment done. When I drove up to retrieve my license plates, I mentioned to Tabitha about crediting my account and even presented her with the receipts. She took copies and never applied to my account even after I waited a week to send a follow up message. To add to my visit there, they were very un professional. Cursing at one another about the price of a redbull at the gas station next door. Seems a little "trashy". The WONDERFUL girl that helped me purchase the turd dipped in glitter actually showed up to my job as I work in hospitality and told me she no longer worked there. That should tell you something. That same day I went there they sent me to their trusted mechanic and even they were very adamant on letting me know that they are not directly tied to Ride and Drive they simply work with them for Oil Change Vouchers. I will say that I have nothing negative to say about the auto shop. They took care of me greatly, letting me know that I was sold a vehicle with the turbos going out and I had a BAD oil leak. I called them a week later and told them thatI I did not feel safe driving the vehicle and that they could come get it. Crazy they had that vehicle removed from my driveway the same day I called but couldn't credit my account for the repairs I had to pay for over a 2 month span. Also, save yourself from responding saying "you are struggling to find my account" because I received a notification from my "Car Pay" app that my account had been deleted. Steer Clear of this business. You have better luck on Marketplace,...

This Ride and Drive location isn't just selling cars "as is". These cars have major mechanical issues that make the cars unsafe to be on the road. Four months ago, my boyfriend and I got a car from them. We haven't been able to drive said car in three months. Not only is the power steering pump completely bad, but more importantly, the Hub Assembly on the front of the car is ready to break. We had the car looked at by TWO mechanics - BOTH said this car never should have been sold or allowed on the road because if the Hub Assembly were to break fully while driving, it will cause the front tires to literally FALL OFF THE CAR. Today, when I spoke to the general manager of this location and told her that there is a difference between selling used cars "as is" and selling cars that are not mechanically safe, she had the audacity to LAUGH at me on the phone. My boyfriend drives an hour to work, one way, and had this Hub Assembly broken at any time, especially on the highway at the posted speeds, I probably wouldn't have a boyfriend - he'd be dead. Apparently, this kind of possibility is amusing to the manager at this location. Conveniently, there is no way to speak to a district manager or the owner of Ride and Drive because Alex won't give you that contact information. Add this to the fact we put $1500 down on this vehicle, always made out payments, never received our actual tags, title, or registration, the staff hardly ever answered the phone, did not have a voicemail set up - and, yeah, I will be putting in an official complaint with Better Business Bureau as well as whatever state agencies have control over automotive sale guidelines in TN. If you want a safe car, whether for work or leisure, I STRONGLY suggest going to any car place other than Ride and Drive Clarksville. Disrespectful scam artists working in...
Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would. This is the second time I got a vehicle from this place. Shouldâve learned my lesson from the first time but I needed a vehicle. Anyways. Each time something was wrong with the vehicle. The first time it didnât even last a month and the transmission went out. The second time it lasted 2 HOURS! The second time I took it and had it placed on a computer and no codes popped up stating anything was wrong with the vehicle hence why I purchased it. I was then told that they are known to undo fuses to make it where no codes would pop up on the vehicle. I then asked if I could halt my car payments simply because I donât have the vehicle and I was told that their people in Nashville will run a diagnostic on it to see if itâs something mechanical and they can trade vehicles with me which would be fine, but they told me itâll be a while before they even get to my vehicle hence why I asked if I can halt payments and they told me no. So in the end I sent 1400 on the vehicle for a down payment PLUS yall want me to STILL PAY FOR A VEHICLE THAT IS NOT IN MY POSSESSION. Then in the midst of simply ASKING questions the MANAGEMENT hung up the phone. I called back and the ASSISTANT MANAGER got an attitude as well. So to save your trouble do not get a vehicle from them. Iâm STILL waiting for a diagnostic to be done and hear from the GENERAL MANAGER on putting us in something different.
Update: they have helped with getting a new car, and I have had a few problems and they fixed it. Theyâre a hit and miss but if they miss they try to help...
